Your blog entries will be
assessed according to these standards:
Content
- Your post does not provide any
insight into the topic or question.
- Your post provides a very basic,
simplistic answer to the topic or question, with no evidence of reflective
thought.
- Your post addresses the topic or
question in a way which shows you have considered the matter. Your
ideas are not simplistic, and are well-described. Your thoughts are
on topic and focused.
- Your post addresses the topic or question in a way which shows you have thought deeply on the matter. Your ideas are complex, nuanced, and well-described. You remain on topic while drawing on a wide variety of thoughts and connections.
Communication
- Your post contains so many
errors it is difficult to understand.
- Your post contains errors or
misuses conventions in a way that often distracts from your writing.
- Your post contains few errors or misuses of conventions, and those do not take away from the meaning of your piece.
- Your post contains few errors, and its use of conventions enhances the meaning and readability of the piece.
